As of March 1, 2026, Gäde Container Spedition will be integrated into OTS & friends GmbH as part of a structured succession solution. With this step, OTS & friends strengthens its organizational structures and further expands its position in the container logistics sector. The aim is to combine proven operational experience with a future-oriented corporate structure and to ensure long-term performance.
Continuity and advancement:
For customers and partners, operational support will remain seamlessly ensured. Existing processes will continue and be integrated into the structures of OTS & friends GmbH.
As part of the integration, Ms. Brünjes and Mr. Gäde, along with the long-standing administration team, particularly Ms. Thomae, will retire. OTS & friends explicitly thanks them for their of trusted cooperation and dedication.
Operational responsibility:
The operational unit will be formed by Henry Ochs, Cindy Reichel, and Anton Sieg in the future. In this context, Ms. Cindy Reichel will assume responsibility for the Bremen location and strengthen the OTS & friends operational team.
